Ken Dean is the director of our Children's Ministry.  Usually you will find Ken after service with a child tugging on his sleeve waiting for that encouraging word. Or maybe you will find Ken on a Saturday afternoon on a camping trip with our young men and their fathers. If he's not at the camp ground then you should look at a nearby ATV riding facility where he is taking a group with him on a four-wheeling trip. He's always doing something with our children and youth to give them a sense of belonging and kind words of direction. Ken is on a mission to grow our Sunday School and to reach area kids with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Ken and Leisa have been faithful members of ACW for over twenty years.
       Our children's ministry believes that children are a vital part of our church and we believe children need the stablity and refuge that growing up in a church can provide. We believe that we teach what we know but reproduce what we are. Knowing that, our children's ministry staff is striving hard to live a life of example, dedication and good citizenship.
